We must belong to the Mutual Admiration Society because we always find it fun and a great pleasure to work with you and your staff. You know us so well but still listen and hear our wants and needs for the occasion. With your tactful and gentle guidance, the birthday, anniversary, rehearsal dinner or wedding is always a great success. I'm including all of these events because your care and detail never change regardless of the occasion. Karen and Tony's wedding was a 10+. Compliments were coming from all directions. Great night, beautiful ceremony, delicious food, great presentation, gorgeous flowrs, fun music... just perfect. At one point, I just stood and looked at everything in awe. Thank you for making all of these occasions and especially Karen's wedding day a beautiful memory that will never be forgotten.

October 20th was absolutely the best day of my life. I can't even begin to thank you for making our wedding such a beautiful, special and memorable event. I can't tell you how many people have commented on every last detail. "Paula has outdone herself." "This is the best wedding food I've ever had." Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything was perfect.

We cannot thank you all enough for coordinating the entire wedding and providing everyone with terrific food. It was outstanding! I am thoroughly impressed. Where do we begin? We are overwhelmed with emotion on looking back to how wonderful Saturday, the 27th, was. You must know that the reception was so special beyond anyone's wildest expectations. We want you to know that it couldn't have happened without you and all of your wonderful people. The warmth and grace with which every guest was served made it such a special party. Everyone enjoyed every minute of it. The food was spectacular and has been mentioned by all. Every detail was perfect. You were so gracious about so much, the rehearsal dinner, any bump in the road and you even introduced the peas in such a great way! We feel you were such an important part of the magic of the day. We connected in a very special way from the beginning. Who would have thought we would hire a caterer and wind up with new friends? Your thoughts on what is important in life are the same as ours. We so appreciate your staff with their kind hearts and gentle ways. You all worked so hard. We feel so blessed and know that God granted us a beautiful day and great helpers to create a true celebration. We are so very grateful!
